For example, we collect information from you when you make a Booking through our reservation system or stay at Viluz. Information collected during the course of the reservation, in preparation of your stay and during your stay may include:

- Information such as stay and room preferences made during the course of your reservation such as your preferred room type and specific requests to Viluz
- Information regarding your health situation in order to serve you on a personal level at Viluz
This information may be provided to us directly when you make a reservation through our reservation system, through our websites or directly at Villuz. In some cases, we may receive this information from a third party, such as when you book through an online travel agency or hotel booking site.
3. Information we get from your use of *.viluz.com
We also collect information from you when you browse the Site. We also may use information related to your stay to display targeted advertisements on our websites or on third party websites or to send you more relevant messaging. Viluz will process your data before, during and after your stay to make sure its services can be offered in the most convenient way. As we may welcome returning customers, your personal data will remain processed during 5 years after your latest stay. In case of website visits and other non-stay related information, your personal data will remain processed during 1 year after your latest website visit.
Administrative information regarding your stay (name, invoicing details, payments) need to be stored for 10 years due to national and international administration regulations.
